The house exceeded all expectations. We could walk to Gate One at the Naval Academy in 20 minutes which saved the hassles of driving and parking. The neighborhood was very quiet and the neighbors in the surrounding houses were very helpful and kind. The included parking spot was convenient but more parking was available on the street. We only had one car for the week. There were plenty of grocery stores a short distance away and a delightful bakery (Bakers and Co) that had wonderful quiche. To drive to the Naval Academy and enter through Gate One looked daunting but the traffic flows nicely. For the house itself, the kitchen is nicely appointed and the deck is a wonderful place to be in the early mornings and late afternoons. The deck has a medium size gas grill which was easy to use. All of the bedrooms involve climbing stairs, so that's something to consider. All in all it was a great experience and I'd gladly rent again.
