This home boasts light filled rooms, with a traditional floor plan mixed with a more modern, spacious, and open kitchen and family room combo. An eat in kitchen with a breakfast bar allows for plenty of seating where everyone can gather. Relax and enjoy the family room while the chef in the group can still be part of the crowd.
The second floor features a full bath and a guest bedroom with a queen size bed. The light and airy master bedroom is a welcoming space filled with natural light coming from the 13 windows! Enjoy coffee in bed while you watch TV on the flat screen TV. The master bath has a beautifully tiled stall shower and dual sink vanity.
A third floor suite awaits the guest that wants a little more privacy. The cozy bedroom with queen bed has a private full bath with a stall shower. The bedroom also has a wall mounted flat screen TV.
A completely finished lower level has a comfy leather sectional and flat screen TV making this a perfect spot for unwinding and curling up for a good movie or even playing some games. This space is also perfect for an air mattress if you need an extra spot for sleeping.
Just off of the lower level family room is a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer for guest use.
The outdoor space allows for entertaining and dining al fresco on the patio with seating for 8-10.
2 kayaks are available for guest use. And a short walk down to Lafayette Park you will find a floating dock on Old Woman Cove where you can pick up the water taxi for a short ride to downtown and access to the Naval Academy makes this an excellent location for your Commissioning Week stay.
