This was our second stay, and not our last. Perfect location for visiting Annapolis and having parking is an absolute plus. Roof-top deck was great for watching the fireworks. So much is provided for you, it's a great place to stay.

It was an amazing stay for our family with two children (5 and 7) for an USNA reunion. The kids loved exploring the house and thought the pilot house and upstairs deck were so cool. Husband and I enjoyed the upper deck for its views and wine drinking. The location is fantastic for walking. We didn’t use our car the entire trip. We walked 8 miles one day and 6 miles the next day including walking back from the stadium after a football game. And you can’t beat a private parking space with a secured gate. It’s the best kept secret for a place to stay in Annapolis. One consideration, the guest room overlooks the street. Was a little noisy with tours and people celebrating after a Navy win. Nothing a little white noise app couldn’t fix, but just a consideration if you have light sleepers in your group. We truly appreciate the little extras and amenities left by the owners. The kitchen is stocked with staples you may have forgotten that you need and the bathroom had plenty of towels. It was an incredible stay, and we will definitely be back! Rented for commissioning week. Works great for small number up to 5. Perfect location to DTA restaurants and easy walk to USNA. Rooftop deck and off-street parking were awesome. Fully stocked kitchen was also great.
We loved the Pilot House! The house was in the perfect location with parking and a lovely rooftop deck. Everything was clean and ready for us. We appreciated the owners accommodating an early check in as well. We will definitely be back!
